Background

Diana Ruiz’s has worked at the Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District for the past 45 years. She is the conceptual and interpretive designer of their LandUse Learning Center, a demonstration garden of sustainable practices in native habitats, urban areas, and agriculture. Her past experience includes working as a soil conservationist at USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service.
